Muriel Le Fustec
Muriel Le Fustec is a lawyer specializing in "Commercial, Business and Competition Law". She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Brest and Rennes (DJCE-Master 2 Business Lawyer), and is a holder of the Certificate of Specialized Studies in Economic Law. She also holds an Education University Diploma DU2 in Mediation (2015-2016) and in the specialty of commercial law and competition.
She began her career in 1991 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Landwell) in Paris before taking part in the creation of ARTLEX in Nantes in 2004. She was deployed for 18 months to a subsidiary of the Lafarge group to set up their legal department.

Muriel has been published in the News on Tariff Transparency and Competition Law and has been a speaker at numerous conferences on competition law, tariff transparency and liability (EFE, EUROFORUM, MEDEF, etc., and also teaches law for new technologies at the engineering school (ENSIETA), in competition law, contractual technology and oral arguments. She also teaches and trains on the consequences of practical contracts relating to the new law of obligation rights.

Tariff transparency and competition law. Company contracts, advertising, "new" technologies, corporate intellectual property (brand, model, copyright, patent), formalization of supplier / distributor relations (franchise, selective distribution etc). Settlement of commercial disputes: litigation (civil, commercial, criminal or arbitration courts), transactional solutions research and mediation.
