Competition and Consumption
» Our expertise in competition law covers issues of anti-competitive practices
(cartels, abuse of dominant position, abuse of economic dominance) concentration operations,
whether community-based or at the national-scale.
We also assist our clients on all matters relating to the law of tariff transparency and in particular, in the establishment of supplier agreements, central purchasing contracts or referencing, price lists, price reductions or other back margins.
On these issues, we can also design and / or optimize financial flows and billing schemes, especially in the case of complex intragroup flows.
We also ensure the defense or assistance of our customers in case of control of the DGCCRF, in case of proceedings before the European Community or the Competition Authority or before the criminal or civil courts.
The team specializing in competition law is headed by Muriel Le Fustec, Associate Lawyer.
We are also pleased to regularly welcome to our firm trainees of the Master 2 Market Law: Competition
and Consumption of the University of Nantes, directed by Catherine Del Cont and Marie Friant-Perrot.
